Captain Amarinder's elevation won't save Congress: Kejriwal

On Friday, Congress VP Rahul Gandhi named Amarinder Singh as Congress's CM face in Punjab. Now AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal has claimed that the Congress was forced to make the announcement as it fears a defeat in Punjab. Talking to CNN-NEWS18's Rupashree Nanda, Delhi CM also attacked the EC saying the poll panel is ignoring its responsibilities.
