Shifting Jairam Ramesh out of MoEF not positive: Expert

Yesterday, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh reshuffled the Cabinet and announced eight new appointments in his team. Jayanti Natarajan succeeded Jairam Ramesh as the environment minister, and this has surprised many.

In an interview with CNBC-TV18's Udayan Mukherjee and Mitali Mukherjee, political analyst Yogendra Yadav said, taking Jairam Ramesh out of environment ministry is not positive. However, he is not surprised by minor resentments.
