'If you want peaceful life, eat roti or else bullet is there': PM Modi warns Pakistan from Bhuj

The people of Pakistan need to come forward to get their country rid of terrorism. Their youth will have to come forward, says PM Modi.

In a direct message to Pakistan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday urged its citizens to question its own government and army.

"If you want a happy and peaceful life, eat bread or else there is a bullet...I want to ask what did it even gain," the PM said while addressing a rally at Bhuj. "The people of Pakistan need to come forward to get their country rid of terrorism. Their youth will have to come forward..."

PM Modi said the retaliation was so strong that the Pakistan air bases are still in ICU. "It was the valour and bravery of our forces that Pakistan waved the white flag... We had already told them, our target was your terror infrastructure; all you had to do was stay quiet. Now that you made a mistake, you have to deal with the consequences," said PM Modi.

The PM was addressing a gathering after laying the foundation stone and inaugurating multiple development projects in Gujarat's Bhuj. He also said that Operation Sindoor was a "mission to save humanity and end terrorism".
