Sourav Ganguly overwhelmed with the viewership and ratings of IPL 2020

BCCI President Sourav Ganguly is overwhelmed with the viewership and ratings of the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League.

"We decided to move ahead with our plan, because we wanted to bring normalcy in everyone's lives and wanted to bring the game back. I am not surprised with the feedback. This is the best tournament in the world," Ganguly said.

The opening week of this season of IPL saw 269 million viewers. This was 11 million more per match compared to the last year's edition of the tournament.
