On CNBC-TV18's show Super Six, market gurus Gaurav Bissa, Nooresh Merani and Simi Bhaumik share, place their bets on two stocks each, thus offering investors a variety of options to choose from. Investors can read into the detailed analysis before agreeing to any or all the bets.Gaurav Bissa of LKP SecuritiesMy first recommendation today is a buy on TV18 Broadcast. The stock has been trading in a narrow range and today it is seen to be coming out of that trading range. It is closed well above the 100-200 DMA. The short-term moving average implies that going ahead the stock has picked the momentum and the higher levels are quite achievable. I recommend going long on the stock for target of Rs 40-42 keeping a stoploss at Rs 34. My second recommendation today is a buy on Reliance Power. It is thought to be trading in a range. It is seen to be coming out of this range, closed above this range, good breakout is seen on a short-term chart; I would say daily charts but on short-term timeframe. For short-term I recommend going long on the stock for target of Rs 60 keeping the stoploss at Rs 49.Nooresh Merani of Asian Market SecuritiesBuy State Bank of India (SBI) with a stoploss at Rs 247 and target of Rs 260Buy Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) with a stoploss at Rs 835 and target of Rs 870Simi Bhaumik of simibhaumik.comVimta Labs has staged a smart breakout above Rs 100. I am suggesting to go long with a stoploss below Rs 99. My target for the day would be Rs 112-115.Second stock would be Century Plyboards. This stock too has staged a smart breakout on technical parameters. Going to recommend this stock for today, stoploss should be below Rs 187 and target would be Rs 199-202.Disclosure: Reliance Industries has acquired management control of Network18, which owns TV18 Broadcast and moneycontrol.com.
