The mechanical indicators are supporting the move; the stock has closed above the 55 day exponential moving average indicating its intention to appreciate further. One can buy Hindustan Zinc at its closing of around Rs 168, stoploss of Rs 166 and a target of Rs 172.

Bharti Airtel is overbought on the intraday charts, in fact the mechanical indicators have signaled a sell after reflecting negative divergence, the stock looks set to enter an intraday downtrend indicating its intention to depreciate further from here. One can sell Bharti at its closing of around Rs 413 with a stoploss of Rs 417 and a target of Rs 405.

Lupin after a breakout of its crucial resistance is currently consolidating its gains and is also trading above short-term moving averages. The stock has formed strong support clusters around the levels of Rs 1,380-1,385 on the intraday charts and looking at the overall parameters and the momentum indicators we expect this stock to rise in the near-term. We recommend a buy with a stoploss of Rs 1,370 for an upside target of Rs 1,445.

Tata Steel has see very sharp decline from its recent highs and at the current levels there is limited downside from the current zone as there are some divergence patterns which has been indicating on the momentum indicators. The stock has seen a short-term base formation which indicates that Rs 440 would be the immediate and strong support for the prices on the lower side. We recommend a buy with a stoploss of Rs 435 and expect an upside target of Rs 490.
