Sandeep Shenoy of Anand Rathi Financial Services told CNBC-TV18, "If you try to figure out capital goods it is basically going to be two stories which are going to be driving the entire investor interest and prima donna would be Larsen and Toubro (L&T) because it has balance sheet size and it has started showing some kind of a traction on order flow."
"You have seen Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) showing almost a 25 percent jump up. Is it going to be sustainable - definitely not. It has to ease out some of the gains, maybe another 15 percent easing in BHEL cannot be ruled out. Once that happens probably on a longer term basis BHEL makes sense for a long-term investor to patch on, but if you are playing the trade up game I think better stick onto L&T and you can safely ignore most of the other stocks except maybe Thermax," he added.
