Sachin Shah, fund manager at Emkay Investment Managers told CNBC-TV18, "In the last quarterly result of L&T Finance Holdings there was some sense that things are bottoming out, they didn’t do very well in the last one or two years after the initial euphoria during the IPO time. However, when I saw the last quarter results, I did get some sense that they seem to be now coming back on track. Clearly the valuations were also fairly reasonable as compared to most of the private NBFCs. So, there is a possibility that this is one company which is available at reasonable valuations and maybe one or two more quarters and if they are able to get things in place I think there could be a good possibility of a good investment bet out here."
At 13:36 hrs L&T Finance Holdings was quoting at Rs 72.25, up Rs 5.80, or 8.73 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 73.15 and an intraday low of Rs 68.90.
