ICICI Securities has come out with its second quarter (July-September) earnings estimates for the Telecom sector. The brokerage house expects Idea Cellular to report net loss at Rs. 1116.8 crore.
Net Sales are expected to decrease by 6 percent Q-o-Q (down 17.5 percent Y-o-Y) to Rs. 7670.4 crore, according to ICICI Securities.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) are likely to fall by 23.4 percent Q-o-Q (down 49.6 percent Y-o-Y) to Rs. 1429.8 crore.
