G R Infraprojects shares down post I-T dept conducts search operation

G R Infraprojects share price declined in the early trade on October 15 following the Income Tax department carried out search operation at company's premises, promoter and employees residence.

At 09:18am, G R Infraprojects was quoting at Rs 1,251.00, down Rs 14.55, or 1.15 percent, on the BSE.

Income Tax Department has carried out search at the registered office, head office, corporate office, and few other locations of the company alongwith the residence of promoters/ few members of promoter group, chief financial officer and few employees of the company on October 9, 2025. The search concluded at the company premises on October 14, 2025, company said in its exchange filing.

The company has co‐operated with the proceeding of the Income Tax department, while business operations remain unaffected and continue as usual, company added.
