Expect decent returns in Blue Star, Voltas: Emkay

Krishna Kumar Karwa, MD at Emkay Global Financial Services told CNBC-TV18, "In Blue Star and Voltas the order inflows have been decent and looks like that there is a lot of pricing discipline as far as picking the orders are concerned. Those stocks are again in the smallcap, midcap segment, which should offer decent return to investors."

At 11:20 hrs Blue Star was quoting at Rs 165.30, up Rs 4.55, or 2.83 percent.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 204 and 52-week low Rs 130.15 on 10 December, 2012 and 28 August, 2013, respectively.

The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 17.23 per share. (Sep, 2013). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 9.59. The latest book value of the company is Rs 54.97 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 3.01. The dividend yield of the company was 0.6 percent.
