Buy Voltas, Hexaware; sell Aurobindo Pharma: Gaurav Bissa

Gaurav Bissa of LKP Securities told CNBC-TV18, "One can buy Voltas. The stock has been forming a bullish flat formation today. It seems to be coming out of a short term consolidation phase. A breakout is seen with good amount of volumes. The level of Rs 350 is a small time resistance and above Rs 350 the stock can catapult by three or four percent points. So, one can buy the stock and the target would be Rs 355 and the stop loss can be Rs 336. It has already moved, so you can switch over, raise the stop losses and play for higher targets."

"One can buy Hexaware Technologies for a target of Rs 292, keeping the stop loss at Rs 277. This is another stock that has to come out of consolidation. It had seen a small lull for say four trading sessions. A short term average conversion is seen at around Rs 275-278 levels. It is trading above 100 DMA. Volumes are also encouraging. I feel it has a capacity to touch levels Rs 290-292 in the coming days and just like Voltas it is another stock, if it sustains Rs 292 it can touch levels of Rs 305-310 which is the gap which can be filled in the coming days," he added.

"One can sell Aurobindo Pharma, the only sell call from my side. Again it is a continuation of my view. Rs 1,300 is a very crucial level. If it is trading below this level then I feel fresh cash based selling can be seen coming in. RSI and momentum indicators on daily charts still pointing downwards. So I feel there is a probability to head to Rs 1,200 levels of Rs 1,260 or so. One could keep a stop loss of Rs 1,315 and short this stock at current levels."
