Buy ITC, says Sudarshan Sukhani

Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "ITC is one of the stronger stocks today. It is also bottoming out at least in the short-term, so buy ITC. It is not necessarily a hold till tomorrow. If it works for you, continue with it for a couple of days."

"The second trade for buying will have to go to midcaps because most heavyweight stocks in the Nifty are now giving us the first distressed signals. Among the midcaps, Dabur India has been an outperformer. It is doing well. Again this is a trade you carry till tomorrow maybe exit tomorrow afternoon or before close," he added. "Selling is probably prevalent in many largecap stocks. We are looking at Reliance Communications (RCOM). All the three largecap telecom companies are now giving us clear signs of coming down further. Sell RCOM, it is not a one day trade. For those who want to carry the trade, you can carry it using options through the next week."
