Blue Square Corporate sells entire stake in Amar Remedies

Blue Square Corporate Services offloaded its entire stake in Amar Remedies on Friday by selling 3,03,214 equity shares on exchanges via two block deals.
It sold shares at a price of Rs 7.6 a share and the block deals were worth more than Rs 23 lakh.
However, Mahaveersingh Narayansingh Chauhan bought 1,48,592 shares at same price on the BSE.
Amar Remedies' stock on Friday closed at Rs 7.54, up 0.53 percent from previous close. Market capitalisation of the company currently stands at Rs 19.73 crore.
