Avoid real estate space: Vibhav Kapoor

Avoid real estate space, says Vibhav Kapoor, IL&FS.

Kapoor told CNBC-TV18, "I am not a fan of the real-estate space at all and I just don't track it that very closely. In spite of the fact that valuations have probably become attractive but they looked attractive even 6 months ago after that stocks have fallen further. It's just that one sector that I just don't like because I don't find clarity of valuations. I don't find clarity of plans. I don't find clarity of managements. So I just avoid that sector."
