Nangra told CNBC-TV18, "Sun Pharmaceuticals has positively surprised in terms of the margins. Even though on YoY basis margins dipped, which was expected but QoQ basis they have been able to increase the margins, which was bit positive surprise and which has resulted in Sun Pharma outperforming in terms of expectations on the net profit levels. Dr Reddy has positively surprised us in terms of operating margins but rest of the numbers has more or less been in line with our expectations."
