SP Tulsian of sptulsian.com is positive on NCC.
Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, "If you see IVRCL saga, I do not think that story has come to an end. You cannot presume that Essel Group will be keeping quiet because the second round of hostile takeover or increasing the stake in the company should start and that will be giving direct correlation to the valuations of NCC also because practically both have the same business model, both have the same size, both have the same promoters holding, maybe in Nagarjuna it is at about 18-19% while IVRCL it is at about 11-12% of the promoter stake."
He further added, "So I do not think that one result should – though the company has posted the bottomline in black and in fact that itself is a mild positive if you see the half glass full. So taking all this into account I am keeping a positive view on NCC. In fact there are some of these stocks in infrastructure space on which I am having mild positive view which are IVRCL, NCC, Lanco Infra or Suzlon Energy kind of stocks where one can initiate the buying at the current levels."
