Positive on Phoenix Mills: UBS Securities

Suresh Mahadevan, MD & Head of Indian Equities of UBS Securities is positive on Phoenix Mills.

Mahadevan told CNBC-TV18, “We have real estate. We have DLF which has done well due to some news flow. Also, we have Phoenix Mills which we have been positive on. That has also not done badly. So, the interest rates keep coming down. This is a sector which may see some more action. We continue to stay positive on this sector, though investors are very selective in this sector. We get the maximum push back on your real estate calls sometimes.”
