Prakash Diwan, Prakash Diwan's Wealth Circle is positive on Sobha Developer, Brigade Enterprise

Diwan told CNBC-TV18, “Real Estate has definitely seen a change of outlook. In fact, people have started taking exposure to it. Going forward, it would only improve. My sense is, one should look at companies which have completed an inventory of projects where sales realizations could be better. From that perspective, the Bangalore boys definitely make the great and within that if one has to narrow down maybe Sobha Developer that looks quite positive to us. We have seen Prestige Estates Projects do so well. We have seen Brigade Enterprises also start looking up but Sobha is still undervalued from a relative valuation perspective and it could presently surprise the market.”
