Super Six stocks you can bet on July 22

Buy Tech Mahindra with a target price of Rs 1,200 and keep a stop loss at Rs 1,105. The stock is giving a huge cup and handle breakout, which has a longer-term target price of Rs 1,300 to Rs 1,500. In the short-term it is a flag breakout above Rs 1,130, which should go towards Rs 1,200 in the short-term.
Buy Tata Motors. The stock always gets a good support around Rs 270-280 zone. In the recent term, it has crossed above its resistance of the last four-five sessions at Rs 292-293. We can expect a target price of Rs 310 and a stop loss at Rs 285 for this trade. Rajesh Jain of Religare Securities Cairn India has consolidated a lot around Rs 300 levels where its 200-day exponential moving average (EMA) is placed on the daily chart. On Friday, the stock broke out and formed a higher top, higher bottom formation on the daily chart. One can buy the stock at any dip near Rs 305 levels keeping a closing stop loss of Rs 300 for higher target of Rs 320 to be achieved in this clearing. LIC Housing Finance has continuously been forming a lower top lower bottom on the daily chart. On Friday, the stock has broken below a rising trendline on the weekly chart indicating further weakness to continue in the near-term. One can short sell the stock at any counter rally towards Rs 210 levels, which is its resistance keeping a closing stop loss of Rs 215 for lower target of Rs 200.

Buy Coal India. If it sustains above Rs 298 level, keep a stop loss below Rs 292 and hold for targets of Rs 303 and 309 in short-term.
Sell Divis Laboratories. One can attempt shorts here and any pullbacks towards Rs 985 and keep a stop loss above Rs 1,005 on closing basis. My initial target is around Rs 950 and next logical target is around Rs 910 in short-term.
