Emerging Markets Sudan Fund buys 0.3 cr shares of M&M Fin

Emerging Markets Sudan Free Equity Index Fund bought 36,25,837 equity shares of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services at Rs 248.79 apiece on the National Stock Exchange Friday.

However, the fund offloaded 7,52,065 shares at Rs 251.27 apiece on the same day.

The stock rallied 7.62 percent to close at Rs 252.70 amid heavy volumes.

Trading volumes increased 2.76 times to 1,74,26,457 shares as compared to its five-day average of 63,06,488 shares.
