Short BHEL, says Devangshu Datta

Devangshu Datta of Business Standard recommends selling Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) as the stock may go back to Rs 115-116.

Devangshu Datta of Business Standard told CNBC-TV18, "I would short Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL). It has massive resistance in Rs 128-129 zone and it has been hitting a low of Rs 115-116 on a daily basis. So I would expect it to go back to those levels and I would short it."

At 15:23 hrs Bharat Heavy Electricals was quoting at Rs 126.45, up Rs 7.05, or 5.90 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 127.95 and an intraday low of Rs 119.00. The share touched its 52-week high Rs 272.45 and 52-week low Rs 100.35 on 05 October, 2012 and 20 August, 2013, respectively. Currently, it is trading 53.59 percent below its 52-week high and 26.01 percent above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 30,949.90 crore.
