Limited downside seen in DB Realty: SP Tulsian

Limited downside is seen in DB Realty and one can buy it at current levels, says SP Tulsian, sptulsian.com.

Tulsian told CNBC-TV18, “DB Realty, I have been giving my view for the last couple of days. The corrections, which we saw about 3-4 days back when the news was out on Monday. For the last couple of days I have been keeping my positive stance on DB Realty as well as Unitech because I don’t think that worst can happen from hereon. And that was effect of overreaction. I don’t think that the alleged collusion can really make these shares to correct so much.”
He further added, “There has been talk that one large investor who entered into the stock at the lower level is holding about 25 lakh shares in the company looks to have exited and maybe the effect that that has come. So maybe tapering off the sellings and the bottoming out of this share both are making it a good buy at the current level and I don’t see much downside from hereon.”
