Yesterday we witnessed good buying interest in Sesa Goa and it has given a breakout of a triangular pattern on the daily chart. So now the stock can test the 200-day moving average, which is placed at Rs 204. One can buy the stock at current levels with a stoploss of Rs 186. PFC is continuously making higher tops and higher bottoms on the daily charts. Yesterday it broke the resistance of Rs 172 and the 200 day moving average. So we may see further recovery in the stock and the stock can test Rs 185 in the coming days. One can buy it with a stop loss of Rs 169.
Arunesh Madan of Augment Investment Zee Entertainment is on a verge of a breakout, so we will buy this stock once the stock begins to trade above the Rs 144 levels, keeping the stop loss below the Rs 140 levels and look for a target of Rs 150.
I have a buy call in United Phosphorous in the range of Rs 122-124 as the stock has broken above its previous intermediate peak of Rs 123.50 and closed on that level on the back of very good volumes. Keep a stop loss below Rs 119 on a closing basis and look for a target of Rs 130 in the coming days.

My first pick for the day is JSW Steel. The stock is making higher highs and higher lows since last 4 weeks and yesterday it has seen a good volume with an uptick. The stock has seen a good momentum in hourly charts and hence can be bought for a target of Rs 700 with a stop loss of Rs 655.
My second pick is United Spirit. The stock has been in a sideways move after a break out from a falling wedge pattern. There could be a rise in momentum once it crosses Rs 680 levels. On a short term chart it has also formed a pennant which has a breakout at Rs 680. On anticipation of a breakout, it can be bought for a target of Rs 725 with a stop loss of Rs 650.
