The negotiations on company's land deal with DB Realty gas failed due to market conditions, quoting Sources, reports CNBC-TV18. The land is located in Thane, Mumbai. DB Realty has offered to pay Rs 1550 crore for land. The other bidders include Oberoi, Kalpataru and Sheth.It was trading with volumes of 5,510 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed up 4.82% or Rs 36.45 at Rs 792.35. However, DB Realty touched a 52-week low of Rs 142.65. At 11:37 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 150.35, down Rs 5.10, or 3.28%.
