Realty firm Prestige Estates Projects Ltd today promoted Venkat K Narayana as the company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
VVBS Sarma has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company.
The board elevated Venkat K Narayana as the CEO of the company from Executive Director (Finance) and CFO, the Bengaluru-based developer said in a statement.
"Venkat is associated with the group for over 14 years and has been working very closely with me as a CFO. His transactional expertise in the real estate industry has greatly benefited our company and he has a strong track record of executing corporate strategy and driving operational efficiency," Prestige group CMD Irfan Razack said.
Sarma is associated with the group for over two decades and currently working in the capacity of Executive Director, Finance and Accounts of Prestige Property Management and Services -- the services arm of the group.
Prestige group has presence in South India, Pune, Goa and Ahmedabad. It has completed 210 real estate projects with developable area of 80 million sq ft.
The company has 53 ongoing projects across segments with total developable are of 54 million sq ft. It has 48 million sq ft of upcoming projects.
Prestige group has a land bank of 424 acre with potential developable area of over 42 million sq ft.
The company's consolidated turnover stood at Rs 4,862 crore in the 2016-17 fiscal.
