IIFCL to issue tax-saving infrastructure bonds

India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (“the Company” or “IIFCL”) has announced a public issue of long term infrastructure bonds to raise an amount of up to Rs 1,200 crore, in one or more tranches, in the financial year 2010-11.
