Yasho Industries has scheduled a board meeting on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulations 29 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The board will also review the Limited Review Report for the same period.
The trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed since July 1, 2025, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, as per the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
