Profusion Investment Advisors LLP has offloaded nearly Rs 561 crore worth shares in Timken India via open market transactions.
As per the BSE bulk deals data, Profusion Investment Advisors, the portfolio manager, sold 19.4 lakh equity shares in the ball and roller bearing manufacturing company, which is equivalent to 2.58 percent of total paid-up equity.
These shares were sold at an average price of Rs 2,890.41 per share, amounting to Rs 560.92 crore.
Timken India stock settled at Rs 2,938.25 on the BSE, up just 0.18 percent over previous close, with volume of 23.19 lakh equity shares.
Further, Integra Essentia was also in focus as foreign portfolio investor Vikasa India EIF I Fund-Incube Global Opportunities sold 25 lakh equity shares in the company or 0.55 percent of paid-up equity at an average price of Rs 7.05 per share.
Vikasa India held 48 lakh shares or 1.05 percent stake in Integra as of September 2023.
Integra Essentia stock corrected sharply by 6.33 percent to close at Rs 6.66 on the BSE, with volume of 87.97 lakh shares.
