After a week of consolidation, the Indian equity indices closed the week in red. Geo-political uncertainty seems to weigh on dalal street, as the Brexit impact is yet to play out and investors have their eyes set on the outcome of the next US Presidential debate.
Nifty fell 11.95 points to 8697.60 and Sensex closed 45 points low at 28061.14 in today's trading session.
In an interview with CNBC-TV18, market expert Ashwani Gujral said that there is no leadership in the market and leader stocks like Infosys and TCS are breaking down.
