MCX appoints Sanjay Wadhwa as CFO

Leading commodity exchange MCX today announced the appointment of Sanjay Wadhwa as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a three-year term.

In a BSE filing, MCX informed that "Sanjay Wadhwa has been appointed as the CFO of the company for a term of 3 years from the date of his joining, which will be informed to the exchange at a later date".

Sanjay Wadhwa is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant, Company Secretary and Chartered Financial Analyst.

"Of his total experience of 19 years, he has spent 15 years in financial services industry," MCX said.
