Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund bought 31.02 lakh shares of Bharat Forge at Rs 1,217.32 per share for Rs 377.7 crore, however, sold 7.37 lakh shares in DCX Systems at Rs 242.62 apiece for Rs 17.88 crore.

Singapore-headquartered investment management firm Amansa Holdings has acquired nearly 1 percent equity stake in advanced intermediates and specialty chemicals maker Aether Industries, while Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund bought 0.6 percent shares in auto ancillary and defence company Bharat Forge via open market transactions on September 29.

Aether Industries shares rallied 2.2 percent to Rs 750.8 amid strong volumes, while Bharat Forge stock advanced 2.8 percent to Rs 1,214, climbing above the midline of Bollinger bands.

Amansa Holdings bought 12.8 lakh shares (equivalent to 0.96 percent stake) in Aether Industries at Rs 735 per share for Rs 94.27 crore, however, Goldman Sachs FDS Goldman Sachs India EQ Portfolio sold 11.51 lakh shares (0.86 percent stake) at Rs 735.01 apiece, amounting to Rs 84.6 crore.

Meanwhile, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund bought 31.02 lakh shares of Bharat Forge at Rs 1,217.32 per share for Rs 377.7 crore, however, sold 7.37 lakh shares in DCX Systems at Rs 242.62 apiece for Rs 17.88 crore.
