8500 on Nifty crucial if breakout is to sustain: LKP

In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Kunal Bothra of LKP Securities said the market has retraced more than half of its losses when it declined from 8,800 to sub 8,000 during the recent correction.

Going forward, the 8,500 level will be crucial and the Nifty will have to break it convincingly if it has make further gains, Bothra told CNBC-TV18's Sonia Shenoy and Anuj Singhal in an interview.

In the same interview, Dilip Bhat of Prabhudas Lilladher and Nitin Raheja, founder of AQF Advisors, shared their stock and sector strategies going forward.
