Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee announced the Union Budget 2011-12 in Parliament today.

CNBC-TV18's Managing Editor Udayan Mukherjee says, the single biggest positive takeaway is what he said on the macro in terms of net borrowing programme and what it means for the bond market and interest rates.
