US markets end flat amid geopolitical concerns

The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended up 9 points at 12,067. The Nasdaq Composite was up 11 points at 2,748 and the S&P 500 Index rose 2 points at 1,308.

The US markets ended flat on Wednesday amid ongoing geopolitical concerns related to the Middle East and North Africa. Nymex Crude turned back at USD 103 a barrel and, Brent crude was at USD 117 a barrel on reports that Libyan fighter jets fired on the oil terminal city of Masra El Brega. Saudi Arabia
