Interarch Building Products shares will be allotted to successful bidders on Thursday, 22nd August as the three-day subscription ends today at 5 PM.
The initial share sale of the construction solutions provider received 10.83 times subscription on day 2 of bidding on Tuesday. On the last day of bidding today, the Interarch Building Products subscription status stands at 5.30 times at 10.30 AM.
The Rs 600-crore initial share sale got bids for 2,48,51,072 shares against 46,91,585 shares on offer, as per NSE data early morning. The price range for the offer was fixed at Rs 850-900 per share.
According to multiple websites that track the grey market premium activities, the shares of Interarch Building Products are commanding a GMP in the price range of Rs 330- 350 in the unlisted market, representing a 39 percent premium.
The initial public offer (IPO) has a fresh issue of up to Rs 200 crore and an offer for sale of up to 44,47,630 equity shares.
