Will RBI cut rates on Dec 16? Experts say may be

Leaving a bitter taste, November inflation disappointed the market today. Though it has eased a bit to 9.11% from 9.73% in October, experts feel that this is not enough for the RBI to soften its monetary policy stance.
In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Shailendra Bhandari, MD and CEO, ING Vysya Bank said that the RBI is unlikely to change any rates, but a significant further moderation tone is expected.
