Nitesh Estates reported a strong quarter with revenue rising two fold to Rs 116.9 crore in the third quarter of FY16 as against Rs 50.20 crore in the same period a year-ago. The company’s EBITDA improved to Rs 25.7 crore and profit came in at Rs 1.07 crore in Q3. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Ashwini Kumar, ED & COO of the company said Q4 sales are expected to be on same lines as Q3 and that there has been increase in revenue recognition in premium projects.
