Sobha posted a good operational performance as expected in Q1 with positive cash flow and a strong income statement.
In an interview to CNBC-TV18, JC Sharma, VC & MD of Sobha discussed his company's Q1 performance.
He said challenges remain in real estate due to structural transformation.
However, underlying demand is still intact in the sector, he added.
According to him, organised players will benefit from Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
Sharma hope to do much better on both operational and financial fronts in this financial year.
Gurugram market should be the second best market after Bengaluru this year, said Sharma.
