KRChoksey has come out with its earning estimates on real estate sector for the quarter ended December 2010. According to the research firm, Unitech December quarter sales are expected to go up by 18% to Rs 915 crore, Year-on-Year, (Y-o-Y) basis.
The company's net profit is expected to go up by 16% at Rs 204 crore on YoY basis.
