Future Lifestyle Fashion to list on bourses today

Future Lifestyle Fashion will be listed today. The pricing for the company’s scrip is likely to be in the range of Rs 155-180 per share, reports CNBC-TV18’s Pragya Bhardwaj.

Given the management’s guidance of Rs 3,000-3,200 crore for FY14, it might generate EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) of around RS 370 crore. The enterprise value, thus, will range between Rs 3,300-3,700 crore. Its mounting debt of Rs 1,000 crore has also been a problem. The arm was created in November 2012 when both ventures, Future Retail and Future Ventures, demerged all branded and fashion businesses of the Future group into one single entity. Brands like Central, Brand Factory, Planet Sports, ALL etc. come under this umbrella. It is after the demerger of the high revenue generating Pantaloon arm which was sold to Aditya Birla Nuvo. Currently, the larger proportion of the revenue of course comes in from Central and Brand Factory, which are the two flagship brands of the company.
