SC issues notice against Mallya for non-disclosure of assets

The Supreme Court today issued a notice against industrialist Vijay Mallya over a contempt petition, filed by bankers, for non-disclosure of his complete assets. Bankers have alleged that despite apex court’s order, Mallya is yet to disclose his complete assets. Mallya has been four weeks time to respond to the notice.In April this year, the apex court had directed Mallya to disclose all assets held by him and his family. This comes after his offer to pay Rs 4,000 crore to settle his debts was rejected by the creditors.Watch video for more..
