Buy Grasim Industries, Kotak Mahindra Bank, SRF: Yogesh Mehta

Yogesh Mehta of Motilal Oswal told CNBC-TV18, "We are recommending all three buys today in F&O strategy. One is Grasim Industries. Currently it is quoting at Rs 1,188 in May futures. Since two days to expiry, so, we are recommending in May futures. We are looking at Rs 1,250 as the price target keeping Rs 1,160 as a stop loss. Stock is consolidation for the fresh breakout above life high and still consolidation is on. So, further rally will continue till Rs 1,250."

"The other one is Kotak Mahindra Bank. In private sector bank space now this is the only bank which is keeping a slow pace as compared to HDFC Bank, YES Bank and IndusInd Bank. So, we are looking at buy in future segment, Rs 918-920 is the current market price in May futures and we are keeping Rs 960 as the price target keeping a stop loss of Rs 890 because Rs 890-895 was the last resistance level but it was getting a resistance level and it has surpassed yesterday and closed above that level. So, that is also making a strong buy," he said.

"The third one is SRF. The stock has nosedived from Rs 1,900 level to Rs 1,300 in between and in February it has made a high of Rs 1,770. It is a conditional buy. If it moves and trades and sustains above Rs 1,770 levels in spot then position can be taken in future segment. Stop loss would be Rs 1,730 and target would be Rs 1,850."
