Will Libyan crisis end in war or peace?

A ray of hope has emerged that maybe some resolution could be found to the Libyan crisis. Katerina Dalacoura, Lecturer at the London School of Economics, in an interview with CNBC-TV18’s Menaka Doshi, gave her view on how this situation is going to develop over the course of the next few days.

A ray of hope has emerged that maybe some resolution could be found to the Libyan crisis. This after Libyan President Gaddafi and the Arab League President agreed on the chances of a peace plan put forward by Venezuelan President, Hugo Chavez. That in fac, had oil come off its peak prices by a few dollars but that decline was soon reversed as Libyan militaries are learned to have launched fresh air strikes in East Libya in an attempt to retake the town of Brega.
