Milk Partners revises record date for reduction of capital

Milk Partners India Ltd has informed BSE that the record date for reduction of capital of the Company has been preponed from March 31, 2014 as intimated earlier to March 24, 2014, as the Company proposes to align the financial statements for the year 2013-14 with the Orders passed by the Hon'ble HIFR vide dated February 06, 2014 for reduction of capital and conversion of unsecured loan into equity so as to reflect true and fair picture of the financial position of the Company.Further the Company has informed that, March 24, 2014 as the Record Date for reduction of capital.Source : BSE
