Kyra Landscapes has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on February 12, 2016 and the additional matters were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company but the same was not intimated due to typographical error and Appoint Mr. Bharat Makwana as the Compliance Officer.

Kyra Landscapes Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on February 12, 2016 and the following additional matters were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company but the same was not intimated due to typographical error: -- To Appoint Mr. Bharat Makwana as the Compliance Officer.
