Acrow India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2011, inter alia, has decided to recommend a dividend for the year ended March 31, 2011 at the rate of 50% (Rs 5/-) on Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each.Source : BSE
