Golden Goenka Fincorp Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received applications from holders of Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) for conversion of OCDs into equity shares.The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting to be held on October 31, 2012, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012 and also to consider issue and allotment of equity share of Rs. 5/- each at a price of Rs. 20/- each (including a premium of Rs. 15/- per equity share) against conversion of aforesaid OCDs.Source : BSE
