Principal Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2013, inter alia, has approved the following:- As the digital and ecommerce business is become a major business activities of the Company, the existing name viz. Principal Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Ltd, needs to be changed to convey the activities of the company. Hence, in the meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to change the name of the company from Principal Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Ltd. to iStreet Network Limited., subject to availability from Registrar of Companies and approval from members and other authorities as may be required.Source : BSE
