Gulf Oil Corp discuss to demerge Lubricants biz into separate listed company

Gulf Oil Corporation at its meeting held on December 07, 2013, has discussed about restructuring of the various businesses of the Company including demerger of the Lubricants business into a separate listed company and authorized the Committee of Directors to consider the matter in detail and make necessary recommendations.
